Shipping Policy
Order Dispatch
We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of the order being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners, with Cash on Delivery (COD) available. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel.
Important: COD Parcels
- Under courier company rules, parcels cannot be opened before payment.
- Please pay the courier first. You can then open and check your order.
- Please don’t ask the rider to open the parcel before payment. Riders are not allowed to, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Returns and Exchanges After Delivery
If there is any problem with your order, or you want to return or exchange it:
- Contact us after receiving the parcel, with your order number and a photo or video of the item.
- Our team will guide you through the return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
