This website, autocraft.pk, is operated by AutoCraft. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AutoCraft. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked here (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Exchange Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

We may update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page. If you continue to use the website after changes are posted, you accept them.

1. Using Our Store

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use this website with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • You may not use our products or website for any illegal purpose.
  • You may not copy, resell or misuse any part of our website, content or images without our written permission.

2. Products and Prices

  • We do our best to show product colors and images accurately. Slight differences can happen because of lighting and screen settings.
  • Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice.
  • We may discontinue any product at any time.
  • Some products may be available in limited quantities.

3. Orders

  • We may refuse or cancel any order. For example, if a product is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or an order looks fraudulent.
  • We may limit the quantity per customer, address or order, including orders that appear to be from resellers.
  • If we change or cancel your order, we will contact you on the phone number or email you provided.
  • Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct, so we can deliver your order without delay.

4. Payment and Delivery

  • We offer Cash on Delivery and other payment methods shown at checkout.
  • Under courier rules, COD parcels cannot be opened before payment.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Errors on the Website
Our website may sometimes contain mistakes in product descriptions, prices, offers or availability. We may correct these mistakes and update or cancel orders, even after an order has been placed.

7. Reviews and Feedback
If you send us reviews, comments or suggestions, we may use, edit or publish them. Your comments must not be false, offensive or illegal, or violate anyone’s rights. We may remove any content we find inappropriate.

8. Prohibited Uses
